Join Komen Houston’s Schools for the Cure program to get your students and athletes involved in the fight against breast cancer.
Did you know 437,500 (1 in 8) women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the Greater Houston area in their lifetime? Early detection and effective treatment provide the best chance of survival from breast cancer. And that’s what Komen Houston is all about. We provide the most critical services in the Houston area and invest in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
But we can’t do it alone – find out how your school can get involved in our mission to save lives and end breast cancer forever. The Schools for the Cure program also teaches students valuable leadership skills and the importance of making an impact in our local community.
